North Memorial Health Announces COVID-19 Vaccine Requirements for Team Members
Following a thorough evaluation, North Memorial Health today announced a COVID-19 vaccination mandate for all North Memorial Health, Maple Grove Hospital and Blaze Health team members. The mandate, as a condition of employment alongside mandatory flu vaccination, will ensure we can safely deliver on our mission to empower our customers to achieve their best health. All team members must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by Dec. 1.
“We remain committed to advocating in support of COVID-19 vaccination for all team members, customers, and community members – especially as we witness the impact of the delta variant on our healthcare system,” said Dr. J. Kevin Croston, North Memorial Health CEO. “With a focus on education, we’ve made resources and experts available to support team members with information regarding pregnancy and fertility, the delta variant, FDA approval and other common concerns.”
