(Crystal and Robbinsdale, MN – May 2, 2018) –Northwest Family Physicians PA (Northwest Family Clinics) and North Memorial Health have entered into a formal affiliation agreement. Northwest Family Clinics is known for providing high quality family medicine at their three clinic locations in Rogers, Plymouth, and Crystal, Minnesota. North Memorial Health and Northwest Family Clinics have a long history of collaboration. This agreement builds on that strong foundation and sets the stage for shared future growth opportunities.
