Approach To Care

Libby utilizes a person-centered approach that includes identifying strengths, focusing on what is important to the person, and partnering with the person and their family. She focuses on assessing for safety and level of risk, safety planning, and focusing on solutions for additional supports and services.

Libby enjoys utilizing Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy to facilitate change, identify goals, and improve mental health. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults. Libby has over 20 years of experience working with adults and children in a variety of settings.

Residency

Libby completed an internship working at a crisis call center and with a private practice psychologist who specialized in adults with Hoarding Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Phobias.

Personal

Libby grew up in Minnesota and spent part of her life living in Wyoming. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Libby owns a beautiful horse named Zeke and enjoys trail riding in the local park reserves. She enjoys traveling and loves to spend quiet nights at home with her cat.
