Accepting New Patients Approach To Care
Dr. Arnason specializes in concierge medicine and believes recognizing and identifying his customers’ individual health and fitness goals is essential in developing a plan to reach them. He provides preventive and acute medical care along with chronic disease management. Dr. Arnason emphasizes the importance of nutrition, fitness and work/life balance while including recognized standards for cardiovascular and cancer screening prevention.
Surrounded by a great team of physicians, nurses and staff who work together to promote exceptional service and compassionate care, Dr. Arnason enjoys working with his customers to improve their conditions by optimizing their care and striving to improve their quality of life. He addresses acute medical concerns in a timely fashion to help customers feel well again. He also manages chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes, asthma and depression.

Personal
Dr. Arnason enjoys long distance running, swimming and biking. He participates in local and regional triathlons, half marathons, marathons, bike races and swimming events. He also enjoys downhill and cross country skiing.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. They love Minnesota and Wisconsin lake life activities. Both of his children are attending the University of Notre Dame where he is a proud alumnus. Dr. Arnason is very involved in his alumni club from Notre Dame. He is an active volunteer at the Dorothy Day Center in St. Paul and El Centro in Minneapolis as well as in his church and community.
He grew up in North Dakota and enjoys visiting family and friends in the Grand Forks area. He continues to enjoy supporting University of North Dakota sports and activities.
