Accepting New Patients Approach To Care
Dr. Woodland aims to embrace the “family” part of being a family physician, dutifully fulfilling her role to take care of the entire family. In practicing obstetrics, she has had the honor of delivering many healthy babies – several of whom she has since watched grow as she continues to oversee their health along the way.
With a focus on guiding her customers to successful healthcare decision-making, Dr. Woodland works to provide them with the most up-to-date information and advice to coach them along. She prides herself in supporting them through not only the best experiences, but also the toughest times when they need her help the most.
Dr. Woodland’s practice involves pediatrics, OB/GYN, women’s health, mental health, internal medicine and geriatrics. She offers office procedures including mole removal, contraceptive options (such as Nexplanon, Mirena and Skyla IUDs), and evaluation and treatment of abnormal pap smears with colposcopy and LEEPs.

Personal
Originally hailing from Ohio, Dr. Woodland first arrived in Minnesota in 2000 after completing her residency. Though she was initially drawn there for the opportunity to practice full-spectrum family medicine, Minnesota quickly became her home and she hasn’t looked back since.
Dr. Woodland and her husband Jim, who is from St. Paul, have one daughter, Nora. In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoys being outdoors, cooking, Pilates and dancing.
