Understanding Breastfeeding (Online)
Prepare for successful breastfeeding as you learn how to ensure your baby is getting enough milk, how to use your pump, and how to store milk. This on-demand course provides education and support as you prepare for the birth of your baby.

You will also have access to our educators to answer questions as you go through the online classes. This interactive course includes videos, printable worksheets, quizzes, extended activities, tips for partners, resources, and tools.
Allow 1.5 – 2 hours to complete this course. You’ll have full access to this course for nine months after your first log in.
