For North Memorial Health MyChart users who are the guarantor (financially responsible) of an account(s), the default will now be set to paperless billing statements. This means billing statements will be sent via MyChart and no longer via mail.

If you prefer paper statements, log in to MyChart and return the default to paper statements.

Once a new, electronic statement is available to view in MyChart, you will be notified in two ways:
  • Through the MyChart mobile app.
  • Via the email associated with your MyChart account.
If you need to update your email address, you can do that by accessing your MyChart account and updating your communications preferences under account settings.

Download the MyChart app:

There are many benefits to electronic statements, including:

  • Increased security: Prevent identity theft resulting from stolen mail.
  • Convenience: Access your bills anytime, anywhere using a computer, mobile device, or smartphone.
  • Faster delivery: Eliminates the need to rely on mail delivery and avoids delays.
  • Eco-friendliness: Less paper and clutter.

To start receiving paper statements:

  1. Log in to your MyChart account.
  2. From Your Menu, navigate down to Billing Summary.
  3. Click on cancel paperless billing.
  4. Confirm by clicking Receive Paper Statements.

Note: If at any time, you want to opt back into receiving paperless statements, return to the Billing Summary page, locate the green leaf, and click Sign up for paperless billing.
